Description:
This Program appeared in an article in ZX computing magazine
in March 1983, it is a UK purchase Ledger which uses a VAT rate
of 17.5% (The original article had a rate of 15% but times change
and rates go up)
The code can be easily altered for other rates of tax, just
change the 17.5 in lines 2400, 5150 and 6110 to what ever rate
applies where you are.
I have had to type this program back in from the original article
as I never kept a copy.
