The UP-2-DATE Dragon Disk Magazine is the creation of Ray Smith of Dorset,
Poole, England.  Ray and his friends have been publishing on a regular 
basis for quite some time now.  A few years ago software was written to
allow UP-2-DATE to be viewed on a CoCo3.
